Biographical Info

Estera Boldut, Psy.D., is a couple and family therapist and educator whose work bridges family systems and cross‑cultural perspectives on mental health. She teaches courses on cultural humility, person‑of‑the‑therapist development, and family therapy. At Trinity Western University’s family therapy training clinic, she supervises students while working with refugee families. Her research focuses on the intersection of culture and family therapy, therapist development, and the cultivation of compassion and wisdom in clinical practice.
