Biographical Info
Duda Monteiro (they/them) is a biocultural anthropologist exploring mental health, embodiment, and emotion at the intersection of anthropology and affective neuroscience. Trained as a somatic movement educator and studying somatic psychotherapy, they combine ethnographic and embodied approaches to investigate how emotion and somatic narratives shape human life. They are currently pursuing a Diploma in Mental Health at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
