Dear ENPA Community,
The 18th EASA Biennial Conference, “Doing and Undoing with Anthropology,” is just around the corner, taking place from 23 to 26 July at the University of Barcelona. We are excited to update you about the ENPA panel and our upcoming network meetings.
Our ENPA-marked panel, titled “Undoing and redoing the social in psychotherapy,” will explore how psychotherapy can be envisioned as a social technology that undoes aspects of the social and re-makes them in different ways and at different scales, from the internalised social relations that make up the individual person to the nation as an imagined community. It is scheduled for Wednesday, 24 July, 9:00-10:45 and 11:15-13:00, in Room 204 (Facultat de Geografia i Història, Barcelona). Information about the panel is available on the EASA webpage.
During the EASA conference, we will only have an informal in-person ENPA Social, while the official network meeting will take place online on 5 September.
- ENPA Social: 26 July, 17:00 in Barcelona. This meeting will be held at the EASA2024 Conference, Facultat de Geografia i Història, Room 204.
- Official Network Meeting: 5 September, 14:00 CEST via Zoom. The agenda and reminders will be sent out closer to the date.
We hope to see you all – in Barcelona and at our online network meeting.
Kind regards,
Your ENPA Board
