Call for an ENPA Public Anthropology Lead

The European Network for Psychological Anthropology (ENPA), a research Network of the European Association of Social Anthropologists (EASA), is looking to recruit a Public Anthropology Lead for a two-year role (September 2026- August 2028).

This role will enhance the Network’s ongoing efforts to expand its engagement with diverse publics, including non-academic organisations and practitioners. One current public-facing initiative is the ENPA podcast. The ENPA Public Anthropology Lead would be asked to expand existing projects, develop new public anthropology initiatives, and devise strategies to promote these activities beyond academic audiences.

The post holder will also be a valued member of the ENPA Board, a collection of committed scholars and practitioners at different career stages meeting online every six weeks. All board positions are unsalaried, fuelled by a passion for the field and the pleasure of participating in our community.
